The OCA Conference Committee is putting out a call for volunteers for OCA Connects, taking place from February 26-28, 2020, with volunteer training on the evening of February 25, at the Hilton Toronto-Markham Suites.

Each year, we rely on the assistance of a great team of volunteers who help to ensure the conference runs smoothly. Many of our volunteers come to us from camp backgrounds, as well as college and university Recreation & Leisure programs across Ontario.

Conference volunteers will have the opportunity to help make the event a success and are able to:

  • Sit in on numerous educational sessions
  • Participate in networking opportunities
  • Participate in social events

Shared hotel accommodation and all meals are provided for the duration of the conference for selected applicants.

The deadline to apply is January 12, 2020. We will be contacting successful candidates by January 19 for a short phone interview, and emailing out offers by the end of January.
