Are You a New Delegate?
Is this your first time attending the OCA Annual Conference? Are you by yourself and want to meet new people?
Look for Erin Sunstrum and Lauren Weinberg for all your questions on the event or look for your handout in your delegate bag for more information.
Erin and Lauren will contact you prior to the conference and provide you with further information.
At The Conference
Conference delegates must check in with the Registration Desk upon arrival to receive their name badges and delegate bag. Our conference guide is located on the OCA Connects App – coming soon!

The Hilton is not a fully accessible building. There are escalators and an elevator available to reach the conference centre and breakout rooms. There are five steps to reach the breakout rooms from the conference centre foyer – however, there is an alternative way to access the breakout rooms with an elevator.
There are gender neutral washrooms at the Hilton, and at World Bowl, the venue for Big Night Out.

No problem! This year, wifi is free for everyone throughout the conference. Log-in information will be provided.
Come by the Registration Desk, ask Conference Committee Members or ask one of our volunteers, who will be wearing a volunteer t-shirt!
Allergies or Food Restrictions
If you have indicated that you have a food allergy or special dietary restrictions on your conference registration, please introduce yourself to a hotel server at each meal and make them aware of your needs.
The Bookstore, operated by Adventureworks! will be operating at the conference. Stay tuned for more details!
