Are You a New Delegate?
Is this your first time attending the OCA Annual Conference? Are you by yourself and want to meet new people?
Look for Rachel Kent, Erin Sunstrum and Lauren Weinberg for all your questions on the event or look for your handout in your delegate email for more information.
Please attend the New Delegate Reception, taking place Wednesday morning at 9:00 in the Presidential Suite – see the OCA Connects 2020 App for more information!
At The Conference
Conference delegates must check in with the Registration Desk upon arrival to receive their name badges and delegate bag. Our conference guide is located on the OCA Connects App – coming soon!
Registration and Lost and Found are located in the following areas:
Wednesday, February 26
Conference Foyer, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Thursday, February 27
Markham Cloakroom, 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Friday, February 26
Conference Foyer 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
The Hilton is not a fully accessible building. There are escalators and an elevator available to reach the conference centre and breakout rooms. There are five steps to reach the breakout rooms from the conference centre foyer – however, there is an alternative way to access the breakout rooms with an elevator, which our volunteers are happy to direct you to!
There are gender neutral washrooms at the Hilton, and at World Bowl, the venue for Big Night Out.
If you have accessibility needs please contact Alex by email at email@example.com, or by calling the OCA office at 416-485-0425 or 1-844-485-0425. We will work together so that you are accommodated during your time at OCA Connects.
No problem! This year, wifi is free for everyone throughout the conference. Log-in information will be on the OCA Connects 2020 App and at Registration!
Come by the Registration Desk, ask Conference Committee Members or ask one of our volunteers, who will be wearing an orange volunteer t-shirt!
